GENERATOR SPECS
The Respironics Millennium is used for the M Series generators. These units are reconditioned, rebuilt and modified for torch use. With the correct maintenance, these units will give you years of Unlimited Oxygen. All our units come with a 3 year warranty. Items not covered under the warranty is abuse, lack of maintenance, shipping and out of USA sales. All the M series (M5, M10, M15 and M20) are single compressor units. The M series units all pull 5 amps and around 600 watts. Actual average power consumption is 460 watts. All are 110 volt and 60 hz.All our units come with new filters that are located in the back behind the small square access door. When you recieve your unit, you should check to make sure that the filter is in the right position, which is standing upright in the compressor opening. Each filter should be checked monthly and replaced every 6 months or as needed. Other Instructions:
Upon recieveing your Unlimited Oxygen unit, remove it from the shipping carton. Give the unit a thourough visual inspection checking for cracks or other shipping damage. Open the filter access door and check the filter. If damage is noted, please notify Unlimited Oxygen. If no damage is noted, plug the unit into a wall outlet and turn it on. Listen for any strange noise. The unit should run quietly. A light breathing sound can be heard and is normal. The flow indicator ball should rise to a level and can be adjusted by turning the flow knob. Never run the flow above the prescribed flow rate. M5 is 5 lpm, M10 is 5 lpm, M15 is 8 lpm and the M20 is 10 lpm. Running the flow too high can cause the oxygen purity to drop to levels that wont run your torch.
